Michelle Laabs, MSN, FNP-CÂ |Â Concordia University Irvine
Michelle S. Laabs, MSN, FNP-C, is associate dean of student wellness at Concordia University Irvine, where she leads integrated medical, counseling, and wellness services that advance student success and institutional well-being. A board-certified family nurse practitioner, she has demonstrated visionary leadership in college health, including serving as emergency medical commander during the COVID-19 pandemic and guiding campus testing, vaccination, and safety protocols.
Michelle has been an active leader in the ²ÝÁñÉçÇø for nearly two decades, currently serving as vice president and previously as Region VI representative. She has also held numerous leadership roles in the Pacific Coast College Health Association, including president. Her career reflects a deep commitment to advancing student health, mentoring colleagues, and strengthening the profession of college health.
