Hotel & Travel
The 2026 NECHA Annual Meeting will take place November 11-15, 2026, at the  in Newport, Rhode Island.
We have locked in a fantastic room rate for our room block ($239/night).
Meals at Newport Marriott Hotel & Spa
Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack/beverage stations are included in the cost of registration. Meals have been planned to accommodate many major dietary restrictions including the need to avoid meat, pork, dairy, gluten, and seafood including shellfish. All foods will be labeled with ingredients and common allergens and anyone with needs not met by the posted information should include the information in the dietary survey during online registration, email nechaconference@gmail.com, and alert a member of the catering team on site to request alternate meals.
Parking
Electric Vehicle Charging Valet parking is available at $53.00 per vehicle / per day, plus applicable taxes, and is subject to
change.
Valet parking is available at $38.00 per vehicle / per day, plus applicable taxes, and is subject to change.
Event Valet parking (not staying overnight) is available at $20.00 per vehicle / per day, plus applicable taxes, and is subject tochange. This is based on availability of parking spots.
Complimentary Parking for guests not staying overnight is available at the Newport Gateway Transportation Center at the
current seasonal rates, plus applicable taxes, which are subject to change.
