  2. Career Resources: Provide valuable resources for those pursuing executive leadership roles such as AVP/AVC, VP/Vice Chancellor, Chief Officer, Executive Director, and Dean.
  3. Skill Enhancement: Address the unique knowledge and skill enhancement needs of executive leaders in higher education.
  4. Idea Exchange: Serve as a dynamic forum for exchanging ideas and experiences among section members, fostering collegial relationships within the discipline.
  5. Strategic Advancement: Develop and recommend strategies to advance well-being in higher education, supporting a culture of care.
  6. Educational Opportunities: Offer educational opportunities that align with these goals and further support our members’ professional development.
