The AY 2024-2025 Institutional Profile Survey will be released September 4, 2025. It’s an important part of getting access to the ²ÝÁñÉçÇøData Hub, so make sure your institution is prepared!
To get access to the ²ÝÁñÉçÇøData Hub in 2026, your institution must complete two important steps:
Step 1: Complete the AY 2024-2025 Institutional Profile Survey
Available September 4, 2025
This survey provides the foundation for meaningful benchmarking and national comparisons across college health programs. Invitations to complete the survey will be sent to either the representative member for the institution (RMI) or to the designated contact for survey invitations.

Step 2: Renew Your ²ÝÁñÉçÇøInstitutional Membership
Renewal window: October 1 – December 31, 2025
Only active institutional members who complete the IPS have access to the ²ÝÁñÉçÇøData Hub. Email reminders will be sent to the representative member for the institution (RMI).
Why It Matters
The ²ÝÁñÉçÇøData Hub is a powerful tool for colleges and universities to:
- Benchmark health services
- Identify emerging trends
- Make data-informed decisions that improve student well-being
The Data Hub provides users with aggregate data, updated annually, from the National Center for Education Statistics’ (IPEDS), ACHA’s Institutional Profile Survey (IPS), and the ²ÝÁñÉçÇøNational College Health Assessment (NCHA).
Data Hub users benefit from features like:
- Pre-designed reports that highlight trends across a diverse range of ²ÝÁñÉçÇømember institutions
- Custom reporting features using aggregated national data
